Short Bio

Haya Aldossary is a pediatric physical therapy specialist. She obtained her MSc in Healthcare Management and Business Administration in International Management from the Swiss Business School and is currently a DBA student in Total Quality Management at European International University. She serves as the manager of the Saudi Physical Therapy Association – Eastern Province chapter and is a quality ambassador under The National Program for Quality Ambassadors. With over 15 years of experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and developmental conditions, she provides care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including intensive care units. She holds multiple certifications in physical therapy and quality improvement, including NDT/Bobath for children with neuromotor disorders (Neurodevelopmental Treatment Association, USA), Therasuit Method (Therasuit LLC, USA), ISST-Schroth technique (Asklepios-Katharina Schroth), Key Performance Indicators Professional (KPI Institute), and Healthcare Quality Professional (NAHQ). She has contributed to numerous conferences as a member of organizing and scientific committees and as a presenter, while actively engaging in community service through health education outreach initiatives.
