In ideal conditions, the Scotsman C0330MA-1 Prodigy Plus ice machine head produces 400 pounds of ice daily. This full-cube ice looks elegant and works well in bars, bags, or restaurants. Water flows over an evaporator to create cubes, and then the Harvest Assist feature pushes a pin through the evaporator plate, causing the ice to fall. Typically, this ice is caught in a bin that must be purchased separately. To keep ice fresh, the WaterSense system monitors mineral buildup and removes it automatically. The Scotsman C0330MA-1 ice machine head has AutoAlert indicator lights for visibility and a one-touch cleaning cycle for user-friendly operation. A front-located air filter helps the unit operate efficiently, and for servicing, the front panel can be removed. This unit is air cooled and uses less water than water-cooled units.
