Short Bio

Dr. Mohammed Alshehri is an Associate Professor in the Physical Therapy Department at Jazan University. He holds a mini-fellowship in Behavioral Sleep Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and a diploma in Health Professions Education. His PhD research focuses on sleep disorders in individuals with type 2 diabetes, particularly the impact of insomnia and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treatment. His research aims to enhance wellness in diabetic patients and raise awareness about the role of sleep in healthcare. He is also actively involved in training healthcare professionals to improve their skills and education.
