Dr. Faisal Salem Al-Dahmashy is an experienced healthcare executive with over 17 years of leadership experience driving transformation and innovation across the Saudi health sector. As the Vice President for Healthcare Delivery . Prior to this role, Dr. Al-Dahmashy served as the Assistant Deputy Minister for Hospitals’ Services at the Ministry of Health, where he directed strategic initiatives to enhance hospital performance, expand specialized centers, and strengthen integrated models of care. He also played a pivotal role as Director-General of the Centers of Excellence and the Visiting Doctors Program, fostering innovation and international collaboration. Al￾Dahmashy contributes to shaping national healthcare policies through his memberships on the Board of Directors of the Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities and the Medical Referral Center, and as Vice-Chairperson of the General Monitoring Board for Mental Health Care. He is a trusted advisor on multiple high-level committees, driving policy, governance, and performance excellence. He holds a Master’s degree from Cardiff University, UK, and a Ph.D. from Salford University, Manchester, UK. He is also accredited as a consultant in Rehabilitation by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, with expertise in sports injuries and motion analysis technologies.
