Dr. Yousef M. Alshehre
Short Bio
Dr. Yousef Alshehre is an Associate Professor and licensed consultant physical therapist at the University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University and a master's in Musculoskeletal PT from the University of Pittsburgh. As Head of the Health Rehabilitation Sciences and Assistance Medical Sciences Departments, Dr. Alshehre promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and academic excellence. He is an active researcher and has worked with national and international research groups. Dr. Alshehre leads the Saudi Physical Therapy Association (SPTA) Tabuk and contributes to healthcare management, clinical practice in orthopedic and manual therapy, and community development through advisory roles and volunteer work. He is also the founder and first Head of the Department of PT at the University of Tabuk Medical Center, emphasizing rehabilitation as a means to improve life quality.
